dis·clo·sure (Part III)
As we bring this series to a close, although much more can be said about this topic, I invite the reader to take into account the following Scripture:
Acts 17:11–These were more noble than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness of mind, and searched the scriptures daily, whether those things were so.
I am aware of the fact that this is a very controversial topic and I invite you to prayerfully search the Scriptures thoroughly to come to your own conclusions. Regardless, this topic will only gain more momentum as the days draw nearer to the return of the LORD.
During the Great tribulation demonic forces will no longer be restrained by that which was previously holding them back.
I am of the utmost conviction that since the 1970’s, that certain Biblical passages that allude to the anti-Christ, the false prophet using astral phenomenon and some of Biblical apocalyptic literature (i.e. calling fire down from heaven Revelation 13:13 and the principalities and powers of the air as mentioned in Ephesians 6) that involve the seduction of the nation through deception may be directly related to extra-terrestrial phenomenon.
Revelation 13:11-13—And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon. 12 And he exerciseth all the power of the first beast before him, and causeth the earth and them which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. 13 And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,
Ephesians 6:10-12-–Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. 11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
Actually within the last generation alone, Hollywood has generated over 300 films pertaining to aliens.
Much of what is written in the Book of Revelation can be deemed as purely symbolic. Yet with the tremendous advancements in science and technology we can possibly view some of these seem passages as literal. Ten years from now (if not sooner) we may no longer be able to say that some of the described creatures in the book are just symbolic. This may become very possible through genetically manufacturing.
If you study history, the Enlightenment was a European intellectual movement of the 17th and 18th century emphasizing reason and individualism rather then tradition. It was heavily influenced by the 17th century philosophers such as Descartes, Locke, and Newton, and its prominent exponents include Kant, Goethe, Voltaire, Rousseau and Adam Smith.
With the enlightenment something happened. In the ancient world, superstition and science were the same. Astrology and astronomy were the same. With the enlightenment astrology went one way and astronomy went the other way. Prior to this science and the occult were the same. You had alchemy which included both chemistry and magic which were the same. With the enlightenment chemistry and physics went one way and magic/occult went the other way. Pharmacology and medicine went one way and folk medicine went the other way.
In the last two decades and especially in the last 5 years we are seeing a revival/ reunion between science and the occult particularly with holistic medicine, particularly particle physics, particularly computer science. Not having just a scientific basis, but also having an occult basis.
The full volume of scientific knowledge more then doubles every five years. But it’s growing exponentially. Pretty soon it will be doubling every six to eight months.
Daniel 12:4—But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seals the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased
Something is going to happen and it will once again begin to look JUST like the days of Noah.
There may be demonic incarnation on the earth. There may be an infestation of demonoids. I know it sounds bizarre and crazy but it very well possible this may be the case.
When you research what the findings of those who seriously investigate psychic phenomenon and UFO’s, so many of them speak of how the aliens allegedly have a vented interest in the reproductive organs of the abductees. It has been recorded that 1 percent of the U.S. population alone has experienced alien abduction: That’s roughly 3 million people.
These things have ancient roots. But we are reaching a point where it will be scientifically, technologically recapitulated or in other words…..STRANGE FLESH.
We are are coming to an age where technology may no longer serve humans, rather humans may serve technology. Ultimately, this may point to the image of the beast and the mark of the beast.
I haven’t even mentioned the issue of cloning. When you engineer a synthetic human being do they have a spirit? Where will the spirit come from?
These things are increasingly on the horizon. People don’t even have a clue. But how can people have a clue when most Christians don’t even have a clue? Bible Prophecy is taught and understood by a minority of Christians here in the U.S. It becomes easy to understand how there will be a remnant. Just like it was in the days of Lot and just like it was in the days of Noah.
Today, they are mocking prophecy, they are denying the rapture of the Church. They are questioning the very doctrine of the Rapture in the Bible in the very body of Christ. Some are saying that the rapture of Elijah was a punishment given by God on Elijah. Others are teaching that the rapture is a fantasy and a myth. Some say it is a lie of the devil.
People are being warned: Jesus is coming soon. Look at the events in the Middle East. “
The response: “Awww, you’re cuckoo for cocoa puffs!” That’s not what our church wants to believe. The rapture has been even mocked and parodied in recent Hollywood films.
2 Peter 2:1-13— This second epistle, beloved, I now write unto you; in both which I stir up your pure minds by way of remembrance: 2 That ye may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us the apostles of the Lord and Saviour: 3 Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, 4 And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation. 5 For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water: 6 Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished: 7 But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men. 8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. 9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. 10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. 11 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, 12 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat? 13 Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.
What about what Jesus said. What about what the Word of God says. It becomes a joke. “Beam me up Scotty!” The Bible speaks clearly about the Rapture, about the rescue of the remnant.
But now it’s not just the unsaved people who are mocking, but it is also those who appear to be Christians….In the days of Lot note the righteous were a few. Peter even mentioned in the New Testament that the elect righteous will be few.
Ultimately, it is God’s compassion and faithfulness that secures our departure from this world prior to its judgment.
