March 2015 Update
Ezekiel 33:6—But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet, and the people are not warned, and the sword comes and takes any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood I will require at the watchman’s hand.
Much is happening in this very busy month of March. I will briefly touch upon a few items of interest that may truly be of prophetic significance. I believe this week is going to be a very interesting week indeed:
- Final opinion polls have put Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s rightwing Likud party slightly behind its centre-left rival the Zionist Union for Tuesday’s vote. This election is tomorrow, March 17 and Israel may have a new Prime Minister. Just a few weeks prior to this, Benjamin Netanyahu addressed the U. S. and appealed to President Obama to pull back on nuclear talks with Iran, warning the “bad deal” in the works “paves Iran’s path to the bomb” and could lead to a “potential nuclear nightmare.” He claimed the potential deal would make two major concessions which would threaten the security of Israel and the region by retaining Iran’s ability to start up a nuclear weapons program.“This is a bad deal. It’s a very bad deal. We’re better off without it,” Netanyahu said. The countries of Jordan and Saudi Arabia said that if Iran gets the ‘Bomb” then Both of them would side with Israel. (EARLY POLL RESULTS INDICATE THET BENJAMIN NETANYAHU HAS WON THE ELECTION)
- Speaking of sanctions on Iran, just a week from tomorrow, Senate Foreign Relations Committee leadership, both Democrat and Republican, will move forward on March 24 with legislation that would provide Congress with oversight powers on any future nuclear deal with Iran. In an effort to find agreement with Iran by the March 24 deadline, the P5+1″ group — Britain, France, Germany, Russia, the U.S. and China — may fail to stop Iran’s ability to develop nuclear weapons. Secretary of State John Kerry met in Geneva Monday with Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif amid reports that a deal was taking shape that might allow Tehran to build nuclear weapons in its final years. However, the U.S. Congress is considering legislation that would make it difficult for Iran to reach their apparent goal. - At the end of March, the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) will be up and running after a remodeling break of over two years. Physicists hope it would open the door to an even deeper understanding of our universe, now that the accelerator has twice the energy as before. The Large Hadron Collider at the CERN facility in Geneva, Switzerland is the pulse of the physics world. Seven times
larger than any current operational systems, the collider’s objective is to “study the universeas it was one billioneth of a second” after the Big Bang. Are they searching for God in the wrong place?? (I recommend you read “Is There Anybody Out There?” article in this website.
- There will be a total solar eclipse of the sun (sackcloth sun) for two minutes over the North Pole on Friday, March 20, the day of the Spring Equinox which coincides with the beginning of the Hebrew month of Nissan, the first month in the Biblical calendar year, a solar occurrence that has likely never happened before in human history. A total solar eclipse at the North Pole on the first day of spring occurs once every 100,000 years. For it to occur on the first day of the first month of the Biblical calendar year is, however, entirely unprecedented. A full solar eclipse denotes the judgment of God upon the nations, blood moons denote the judgment of God upon the nation of Israel, and that a solar eclipse occurring in the midst of four blood moons denotes the judgment of God upon the world – this total solar eclipse is also a super moon and FALLS DIRECTLY BETWEEN THE FOUR BLOOD MOONS OF THE TETRAD!!!!
Perhaps a “potential” fulfillment of Joel 2:30-31 and Acts 2:20:
Joel 2:30-31— And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke. 31 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and terrible day of the Lord come.
Acts 2:20 – The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and notable day of the Lord come.
The full solar “sackcloth sun” eclipse is followed 15-days later by the (3rd) blood moon of the Tetrad. The meaning of the number 15 may have a reference to resurrection. A total solar eclipse followed so closely by a total lunar blood moon and both on Hebrew feast days does not occur again in this century, let alone within the prophetic timeline of possibility, indicated by the 1948 birth of Israel and the Matthew 24:32-34 parable of the fig tree:
Matthew 24:32-34—Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh: 33 So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors. 34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.
As stated, blood moons denote the judgment of God upon the nation of Israel. The third (April 4th) blood moon of the tetrad coincides with Jewish holiday of Passover, a pivotal event that commemorates the ancient Israelites’ Exodus from slavery in Egypt. God unleashed ten plagues upon the Egyptians when they refused to follow God’s command to free the Jewish people. The first plague was: BLOOD! The tenth and final plague was Death of the Firstborn (at which time the Egyptians literally expelled the Israelites out of Egypt!). Death is always associated with blood. Not only that, but the Israelites were commanded by God to place the blood of the lamb on their doorways so that the plague of the Firstborn would pass over their homes.
As you can see, there was a lot of reference to blood. By the way, a blood moon coincided with the Six Day War in 1967 . There was also a blood moon on the eve of Israel’s declaration of independence in 1948, following a bloody war.
Could a prophetically significant war break out in the Middle East around this time. Many Bible prophecy experts are suggesting that this blood moon is a sign from God that we are one step closer to the coming of Christ.
Could it be the last step, the final warning?
Joel 2:1—Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the Lord cometh, for it is nigh at hand;
I strongly recommend the reader to go back and re-read the last several posts on this website. It seems as if much is happening and at an accelerated pace too!!

Luke 21:25-28—And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; 26 Men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken. 27 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. 28 And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.
