Slip, Slidin’ Away

Isaiah 21:1-2—The burden of the desert of the sea. As whirlwinds in the south pass through; so it cometh from the desert, from a terrible land. 2 A grievous vision is declared unto me; the treacherous dealer dealeth treacherously, and the spoiler spoileth. Go up, O Elam: besiege, O Media; all the sighing thereof have I made to cease.

Isaiah 21

Isaiah 21:10-12—O my threshing, and the corn of my floor: that which I have heard of the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, have I declared unto you. 11 The burden of Dumah. He calleth to me out of Seir, Watchman, what of the night? Watchman, what of the night? 12 The watchman said, The morning cometh, and also the night: if ye will enquire, enquire ye: return, come.

Isaiah 21:13-17: The burden upon Arabia. In the forest in Arabia shall ye lodge, O ye travelling companies of Dedanim. 14 The inhabitants of the land of Tema brought water to him that was thirsty, they prevented with their bread him that fled. 15 For they fled from the swords, from the drawn sword, and from the bent bow, and from the grievousness of war. 16 For thus hath the Lord said unto me, Within a year, according to the years of an hireling, and all the glory of Kedar shall fail: 17 And the residue of the number of archers, the mighty men of the children of Kedar, shall be diminished: for the Lord God of Israel hath spoken it.

The Middle East is unravelling rapidly. Ever since the Arab Spring several single dictatorships in the Middle East and Africa have been systematically dismantled. Already, Saddam Hussein of Iraq (1990’s), Ghaddafi of Libya, Mubarak of Egypt, and Saleh of Yemen have been overthrown, while Syria’s Assad is barely holding on to his kingdom.

Armed groups, joined early this week by Al-Qaeda affiliate Al-Nusra Front, took over the Nasib border point from regime soldiers’ on the Syrian side of the frontier and the fighting has now come  to within 3.7 miles of downtown Damascus! Is the end of Assad’s dictatorial regime is at hand?

Saudi Arabia is fighting in Yemen because they don’t want their neighboring nation to fall into their enemy Iran’s control.

It is being reported that the Shia Houthi rebels backed by Iran have captured the presidential palace in the port city of Aden in Yemen. If the Houthis gain control of Aden, they could possibly cut off shipments of oil to Europe through the Suez canal.

It has become increasingly clear clear that Saudi Arabia has lost control over the Yemen peninsula and faces a failed state on its 1,800 km southern border, where Al Qaeda can operate with near impunity. (In the past, Saudi Arabia and the smaller oil-rich Arab states on the Persian Gulf, fearful that they might become the next targets of Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini if Iran conquered Iraq, made large financial contributions to the Iraqi war effort during the 1980’s.)

BOTTOM LINE: With a new ‘ hostile ‘ Shi’ite regime now on its southern border & controlled by its arch nemesis Iran , the global oil-giant Saudi Arabia is potentially at risk. If Saudi Arabia were to fall , world stability could crash.

Elam is Iran. Will Iran ultimately attack Saudi Arabia?  Every single vicinity (as mentioned above in Isaiah 21) is in Saudi Arabia. The burden against Dumah. Dumah is in Saudi Arabia… Dedan, Kedar, those are all in Saudi Arabia.

The decision that emerged out of Lausanne, Switzerland in the P5+1 negotiation with the Islamic Republic of Iran is known by the acronym JCPOA (Joint Comprehensive Plan Of Action).

In nutshell, this will to pave the way to a final agreement by June of 2015.

However, there is one statement which acknowledges that as of today Iran’s timeline to practically produce their first home-made nuclear weapon is 2 to 3 months…….TRANSLATED:  Iran could create its first home-made nuclear weapon before the claimed final agreement is achieved in June.

The question that begs to be asked is will Iran attack Saudi Arabia before it joins the alliance of nations mentioned in Ezekiel 38-39 that came after Israel?

Ezekiel 38:1-6— 1 And the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, 2 Son of man, set thy face against Gog, the land of Magog (Russia), the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him, 3 And say, Thus saith the Lord God; Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal: 4 And I will turn thee back, and put hooks into thy jaws, and I will bring thee forth, and all thine army, horses and horsemen, all of them clothed with all sorts of armour, even a great company with bucklers and shields, all of them handling swords: 5 Persia (Iran), Ethiopia, and Libya with them; all of them with shield and helmet: 6 Gomer, and all his bands; the house of Togarmah of the north quarters, and all his bands: and many people with thee.

The aforementioned chapter alludes to the fact that both Saudi Arabia and the United States do not engage in this war:

Ezekiel 38:13–Sheba, and Dedan, and the merchants of Tarshish, with all the young lions thereof, shall say unto thee, Art thou come to take a spoil? hast thou gathered thy company to take a prey? to carry away silver and gold, to take away cattle and goods, to take a great spoil?

If Saudi Arabia is indeed overtaken by Iran then what about the United States? I submit to you it could quite possibly be the rapture of the Church that ultimately changes the entire state of affairs in the United States.

Either way, we will all find out very, very, very  soon.
