Is This Really Happening???
It has been said that the new administration in charge has accomplished more in one week than the last eight years combined. Of course, it depends on your view point. However, from a Biblical perspective, I just might have to agree.
Newly appointed Diretor of the Central Intelligence Agency, said Christians need to pray, fight, and understand that “Jesus Christ our Savior is truly the only solution for our world.” That’s a very bold statement if you ask me.
I am not stating that the government at any level is to usurp its authority to advance the Gospel of Jesus Christ. History shows what happened as a result of that when Constantine declared Christianity the supreme religion. Of course, the Kingdom of God is not of this earth, but one day it will reign on earth during the Millennial Reign of Christ.
Needless to say, I do highly support of individuals who are in submission to Christ holding key positions within the government. Amen to that! As I have mentioned before, regardless of who is in authority , we need to pray. Ultimately, if our prayers don’t affect them, something else will. I have heard before that principalities operate through personalities. But that is another message for another day.
I Timothy 2:1-3—I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; 2 For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. 3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;
Although it can be said that President Trump may lack governing experience and may not have any national security experience, what is interesting to note is that he has quickly assembled good Bible-believing people to assist him and these individuals are advising him. The Vice President himself is a professing Born-Again believer.
Just this week, and for the very first time in the history of the Annual March for Life in Washington, D.C. , a vice president of the United States, Mike Pence, spoke at the demonstration.
Proverbs 29:2—2 When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn.
The purpose of this post is not necessarily to elaborate on this transition and the strong influence of Biblical values that are held by many of President Trump’s advisors. That in itself is a answered prayer. You see, We have witnessed the hand of God on this election. God’s will was for Donald Trump to be the 45th President, despite the fact that ALL efforts to stop him failed. I have also mentioned in regards to Bible prophecy, and the the study of eschatalogy that Jerusalem will become the world’s focal point or center of attention.
Ezekiel 5:5—Thus saith the Lord God; This is Jerusalem: I have set it in the midst of the nations and countries that are round about her.
Joel 3:2—I will also gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, and will plead with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted my land.
Zechariah 12:1-3—The burden of the word of the Lord for Israel, saith the Lord, which stretcheth forth the heavens, and layeth the foundation of the earth, and formeth the spirit of man within him. 2 Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem. 3 And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it.
President Trump’s plans to move the U. S. embassy to Jerusalem, means Trump agrees with God, and we know that Jerusalem belongs to God’s chosen people. Could it be that before the Rapture of the church, God Almighty wants the world to know that Jerusalem belongs to Israel, His chosen people?
If so, has President Trump the man chosen to do this? Also, it must emphatically be stated that according to Holy Bible all the nations of the world will come up against Israel in the end times. Let us also consider that after the Rapture of the Church, governments around the world will have no Christian presence. Israel will not have any Christian ally nations. May I suggest that even the United States will not have a Christian presence. Can the Rapture of the Church indeed be the harbinger toward God’s appointed time of dealing directly with Israel and the issue of Jerusalem??
Let me present to you a rather interesting scenario that could possibly come to fruition. The doctrine of the Rapture has come under much attack as of late and it can be said that is a rather controversial one.
The Rapture of the Body of Christ clearly ends the dispensation of the church, or the Church Age. As a result, with a new dispensation will begin immediately. This new one is called the Seventieth week of Daniel, or the Time of Jacob’s trouble, or the seven year tribulation. These terms are all for the Nation of Israel and Jews and not the church.
Jeremiah 30:1-7-–The word that came to Jeremiah from the Lord, saying, 2 Thus speaketh the Lord God of Israel, saying, Write thee all the words that I have spoken unto thee in a book. 3 For, lo, the days come, saith the Lord, that I will bring again the captivity of my people Israel and Judah, saith the Lord: and I will cause them to return to the land that I gave to their fathers, and they shall possess it. 4 And these are the words that the Lord spake concerning Israel and concerning Judah. 5 For thus saith the Lord; We have heard a voice of trembling, of fear, and not of peace. 6 Ask ye now, and see whether a man doth travail with child? wherefore do I see every man with his hands on his loins, as a woman in travail, and all faces are turned into paleness? 7 Alas! for that day is great, so that none is like it: it is even the time of Jacob’s trouble, but he shall be saved out of it.
Romans 11:1-5—I say then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin. 2 God hath not cast away his people which he foreknew. Wot ye not what the scripture saith of Elias? how he maketh intercession to God against Israel saying, 3 Lord, they have killed thy prophets, and digged down thine altars; and I am left alone, and they seek my life. 4 But what saith the answer of God unto him? I have reserved to myself seven thousand men, who have not bowed the knee to the image of Baal. 5 Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace.
Romans 11:25-32—For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in. 26 And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob: 27 For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins. 28 As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the father’s sakes. 29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance. 30 For as ye in times past have not believed God, yet have now obtained mercy through their unbelief: 31 Even so have these also now not believed, that through your mercy they also may obtain mercy. 32 For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all.
Again, we need to understand that the above-mentioned verses relate to Israel, but as I said, the rapture begins the dispensation of the “Seventieth Week” which is for Israel.
Perhaps one of the biggest reasons that so many oppose anything to do with the rapture and tribulation start is because it is all about judgement, and believe me, no one wants to talk about judgment. Furthermore, in the many churches that have been deceived by Replacement Theology, there is apparently an outright rejection of any future fulfilment for the Jews.
When the tribulation period begins, many will turn against God in a blaspheming rage of bitter hatred. Emptiness of spirit and soul will be magnified and multiplied. DOESN”T ANYBODY SEE THAT THIS IS ALREADY BEGINNING TO HAPPEN???
Whether or not the current president is re-elected, we have four years that can possibly become eight years under the current administration. If you recall that I mentined earlier in this post that many of the newly appointed advisors for the preseidnet are Bible-believing Christians. So at the Rapture of the Church………they too will be gone. Who or what will fill that void in the Oval Office only remains to be seen!!!
During his very first week in office, President Trump has begun to own up to what he said he would do. Now comes word that the moving of the U.S. Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem may will not happen right away.
It is being reported that they are not going to move on Jerusalem for quite some time, because they want a peace deal in the Middle East which really is the top priority. Could this be the peace deal spoken of in Daniel chapter 9? If so, exactly who will confirm this Peace deal??
Daniel 9:24-27—24 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy. 25 Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times. 26 And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined. 27 And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.
We shall find out very soon.
